Following the release of two singles, each accompanied by its own radical videos last year, the twin duo proceeded to unveil their debut project titled 'Among Heads’ together with producers and longtime collaborators Richard Zastenker and Johannes Klahr (Drake, Lady Gaga, Swedish House Mafia).
The success of this project resulted in a European tour and a coveted slot as the opening act for the renowned band 'Gorillaz'. Additionally, the duo garnered a nomination for the highly regarded Swedish Grammis for ‘best alternative pop’ and were voted as the best live act in the Exchange ranking at Eurosonic in Groningen by promoters from across the European scene, cementing their status within the new wave of uncompromising Swedish talent.
This year, Deki Alem is poised to release their highly anticipated project 'Fluent Stutter' and embark on a 25-date festival tour this summer, visiting several established venues such as Pukkelpop, Roskilde, Lowlands, and Open'er.
