— By submitting your songs you are granting the Denniz Pop Awards all rights to use the songs or parts of the songs, as well as the rights to present it during the awards and for promotional purposes.

— The Denniz Pop Awards are not responsible for legal disputes that occur when songs are submitted illegally, their usage or promotion. Nor can they be held responsible to clarify the issues with the person that submitted the song.
